银翘冲剂114mg/kg一次性灌胃给药,能显著降低由伤寒、副伤寒三联菌苗引起的家兔体温升高;对热板法及扭体法所致小鼠疼痛具有明显的镇痛作用;抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀度。体外抑菌试验显示对部分菌株有抑菌作用。揭示该药具有解热、镇痛、抗炎及抑菌作用。
Yinqiao granules (114mg/kg) were administered by intragastric administration once a day, which can significantly reduce the increase of body temperature in rabbits caused by typhoid fever and paratyphoid trivalent bacterins; and it has obvious analgesia in mouse pain caused by hot plate method and writhing method. Effect; Suppression of mouse ear swelling caused by xylene. In vitro antibacterial tests showed antibacterial activity against some strains. It was revealed that the drug has antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.
