中国畜牧兽医学会第六次代表大会于一九八六年十一月十七日至二十日在四川省成都市召开。参加这次代表大会的代表包括了汉、满、蒙、藏、壮、纳西等七个民族共159人。于会代表为畜牧兽医教育、科研、生产和行政管理等方面的专家,其中六十岁以上的老专家71人,占到会代表的45%,年逾八十的老一辈科学家张松荫、许振英先生参加了会议。会议代表听取了等六届理事会工作报告、修改会章的报告以及科协三大精神的传达,各省、区学会也在会上做了发言,交流了办好学会的经验。对于加强学会和其他学会之间的横向
The Sixth Congress of Chinese Society of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine was held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province from November 17 to November 20, 1986.
