从热力学和反应机理角度概述了异丁烷直接脱氢和氧化脱氢的差异;从活性中心性质、失活与再生、助催化剂以及载体方面综述了目前广泛研究的异丁烷直接脱氢制异丁烯的催化剂,包括PtSn-、CrO_x-、GaO_x基和金属硫化物催化剂,并分析了各类催化剂的优缺点及目前的研究方向。简述了其他类型的脱氢催化剂,包括Mo/MgAl_2O_4、碳基材料、Co-、Ni_2P-、VO_x基催化剂等。分析了目前脱氢技术面临的问题以及未来的研究方向。
The differences between direct dehydrogenation and oxidative dehydrogenation of isobutane were summarized from the aspects of thermodynamics and reaction mechanism. The recent studies on the direct dehydrogenation of isobutane to isobutylene from the aspects of active site properties, deactivation and regeneration, cocatalyst and support were reviewed. Including PtSn-, CrOx-, GaOx-based and metal sulfide catalysts, and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various catalysts and the current research direction. Other types of dehydrogenation catalysts are briefly described, including Mo / MgAl 2 O 4, carbon-based materials, Co-, Ni 2 P - and VO x catalysts. The current problems of dehydrogenation technology and the future research directions are analyzed.
