目前现有海上油田设施生活污水处理设备存在处理效果不稳定、达标难等问题,且不能满足 MEPC.22 7 (64)新标准要求.开发了 MBR-1 6 生活污水处理装置,并在某海上平台完成中试试验,考察了挂膜启动、水力停留时间、回流比及溶解氧等对处理效果的影响.长达半年的试验期间,出水稳定达标,达到国际海事组织(IMO)MEPC.227(64)以及 GB/T 18920-2002《城市污水再利用-城市杂用水水质》的相关要求.“,”The treatment effect of the traditional biological wastewater treatment process is instability and this process cannot meet the demand of the MEPC.227(64).So we developed MBR-16 for sewage treatment. And this device can deal with the YD oil field.we investigated the effects of film starting,residence time,reflux ratio,and DO on the treatment effect.We found effluent can reach the discharge standard,the main indicators of treatment sewage can meet MEPC.227(64)and standard requirements of the “Urban sewage reuse - water quality of urban miscellaneous water”(GBT18920-2002).
