对2007例使用抗精神病药物治疗的住院患者进行调查,结果显示药疹的发生率为4.6%,其中以氯丙嗪最高.药疹多见于女性,与患者的年龄、药物剂量、既往药物过敏史及合并用药无关.

对2007例使用抗精神病药物治疗的住院患者进行调查,结果显示药疹的发生率为4.6%,其中以氯丙嗪最高.药疹多见于女性,与患者的年龄、药物剂量、既往药物过敏史及合并用药无关.本文还讨论了药疹的发生机制,临床特点及处理措施.
