MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of endogenous non-coding small RNAs that are widely involved in a variety of important biological processes through the degradation or translational repression of target mRNAs. The study found that abnormal expression of microRNA (miRNA) is closely related to the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer and prognosis. This article summarizes the breakthroughs in plasma and fecal miRNA as an early diagnostic biomarker for colorectal cancer and analyzes the miRNA biomarker potential in the prognosis and efficacy of colorectal cancer. Using miRNA as a clinical biomarker for colorectal cancer The latest research conducted a systematic review.
