对锌和尘肺病因、病理、发病机制以至防治等一系列相关的问题进行了较为全面深入的研究。包括锌抗镍煤尘毒性的模拟实验、锌抗粉尘体外AM毒性研究、锌抗粉尘肺组织细胞毒性研究、锌抗大鼠早期实验性矽肺病变影响的研究以及锌作用机制探讨等五方面的研究内容。实验结果发现锌具有保护大鼠肺AM细胞、抑制粉尘的体内外细胞毒性、抑制肺内由粉尘所致的炎症反应、缓解大鼠早期矽肺癌变等一系列的作用。实验结果还提示,锌的细胞保护作用机制主要在于和细胞生物膜的作用。同时,锌对PMN的作用也可积极影响尘肺病变的发生发展过程。
A comprehensive and in-depth study was carried out on a series of related issues such as the etiology, pathogenesis, pathogenesis and prevention of zinc and pneumoconiosis. Including zinc anti-nickel dust toxicity simulation experiments, zinc anti-dust AM toxicity studies, zinc anti-dust lung cytotoxicity studies, zinc anti-rat experimental experimental silicotic lesions and zinc mechanism of action of five aspects of research content. The experimental results show that zinc has a series of protective effects on rat lung AM cells, inhibiting the in vivo and in vitro cytotoxicity of dust, inhibiting dust-induced inflammation in the lung and alleviating the early stage of silicosis in rats. The experimental results also suggest that the mechanism of zinc cell protection mainly lies in the role of cell biofilm. At the same time, the role of zinc on PMN can also positively affect the occurrence and development of pneumoconiosis.
