百年大计,教育为本。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》把教育排在优先发展的战略地位,提出“创造有利条件,鼓励教师和校长在实践中大胆探索,创新教育思想、教育模式和教育方法,形成教学特色和办学风格,造就一批教育家,倡导教育家办学”。这充分表达了国家对教育事业的高度重视,我们为之振奋。本文结合自身的工作谈一点粗浅体会。开拓创新,形成特色是走向教育家的阶梯
Education is the foundation.
