《全日制义务教育体育(与健康)课程标准(实验稿)》与《九年制义务教育体育大纲》相比,突出的变化主要表现在教学理念上的变化,更是引起教学目标、教学内容、教学手段、教学评价的变化。为了使广大体育教师按照《全日制义务教育体育(与健康)课程标准(实验稿)》展开教学,有必要探索与之相适应的体育课堂教学的约束力与灵活性。笔者主要从辨证关系、教学目标、教学内容、教学组织、教学评价等方面对体育课堂教学的约束力和灵活性进行系统的分析。

In order for the majority of PE teachers to start teaching according to the “Full-time Compulsory Education Physical Education (and Health) Curriculum Standard (experimental draft)”, it is necessary to explore the binding and flexibility of the corresponding PE teaching. The author systematically analyzes the binding and flexibility of physical education classroom from the aspects of dialectical relationship, teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching organization, teaching evaluation and so on.
