On December 28, 2014, “Financial Strategy Annual Meeting 2014” hosted by the Institute of Financial Strategy Research, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences was held in Beijing. Auditor-General Liu Jiayi, President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Wang Weiguang, former director of NPC budget committee Gao Qiang, executive vice president of China International Economic Exchange Center Zheng Xinli, former deputy director of the State Council Development Research Center Lu Zhongyuan, Ministry of Finance Institute of Finance Liu Shangxi, director of the Taxation Research Institute of the State Administration of Taxation, Li Wanfu and other well-known experts and scholars from the finance and economics field gathered together to discuss innovation and economic growth, structural optimization and industrial upgrading, the rule of law in China and deepening reform, and the reform of the finance and taxation in 1994
