应用同位素~(141)Ce 示踪方法,研究春小麦籽粒中铈的积累与喷施浓度之间的关系。结果表明,当浓度在8000以下时,两者是显著的正相关:铈经根系吸入后在植株中的分布与叶面吸入的情况一致。从根系向植株地上部的输出量约占全株总量的1%。不同类型的土壤对小麦吸收铈有定的影响。
The relationship between the concentration of cerium and the concentration of cerium in spring wheat grain was studied by using isotope-141 Ce tracer method. The results showed that when the concentration was below 8000, the two were significantly and positively correlated: the distribution of cerium in the plant after root inhalation was consistent with that of foliar inhalation. The output from the root to the plant shoots accounted for about 1% of the total plant. Different types of soils have a definite effect on the absorption of cerium by wheat.
