ANAE反应标记T淋巴细胞的方法,操作简便、快速,不需要特殊的条件和仪器,是识别T、B淋巴细胞技术上一大改进。但该法可靠性如何,迄今看法仍不一致。为了进一步检验该法的可靠性,本文用ANAE反应的方法对裸鼠(无胸腺小鼠)和正常小鼠淋巴细胞的ANAE阳性率进行了比较观察。正常小鼠外周血、淋巴结和脾脏淋巴细胞的ANAE阳性率分别为76.25±2.00%、62.25±5.85%和46.50±2.72%。裸鼠外周血、淋巴结和脾脏淋巴细胞的ANAE阳性率分别为4.19±0.60%,1.35±0.37%和2.36±0.55%。裸鼠外周血,淋巴结和脾脏淋巴细胞的ANAE阳性率都分别显著地低于正常小鼠。这说明ANAE主要存在于淋巴细胞中的T细胞,ANAE反应可用作T细胞的一种标记。
The method of labeling T lymphocytes with ANAE reaction is simple, rapid and does not require special conditions and instruments. It is a great improvement in the identification of T and B lymphocytes. However, the reliability of the law, so far the view is still inconsistent. In order to further test the reliability of the method, this paper ANAE reaction method on nude mice (athymic mice) and normal mouse lymphocytes ANAE positive rate were observed. The positive rates of ANAE in peripheral blood, lymph nodes and spleen of normal mice were 76.25 ± 2.00%, 62.25 ± 5.85% and 46.50 ± 2.72%, respectively. The positive rates of ANAE in peripheral blood, lymph nodes and spleen of nude mice were 4.19 ± 0.60%, 1.35 ± 0.37% and 2.36 ± 0.55%, respectively. The ANAE positive rates of peripheral blood, lymph nodes and spleen lymphocytes in nude mice were significantly lower than those in normal mice respectively. This shows that ANAE is predominantly present in T cells in lymphocytes and that the ANAE reaction can be used as a marker for T cells.
