近年来,教育反思活动在幼儿园的教育实践中得到广泛开展。实践证明,反思活动是教师不断成长的阶梯,是不断提高教育活动质量的重要手段。反思能力,则是现代幼儿教师必须具备的素质。要想让教师具有反思的意识,要想让教师反思的能力和技巧不断得到提高,要想让园所的教育活动质量因此而上升到一个新的层面,必须有组织有计划地开展活动。
