习近平总书记系列重要讲话,为新形势下党的新闻舆论引导机制创新,提供了强大的理论武器和明确的行动指南。本文尝试在习近平新闻思想的指引下,提出互联网时代新闻舆论引导机制的创新模型。该模型以习近平新闻舆论观的若干基本维度为基础进行构建,目的是生成一个由自觉形成的总运行机制所把控、能够有效增强舆论引导力的和谐健康发展的总体舆论场。在总体舆论场的总运行机制之内,文章还探讨了总体舆论场运行的若干原则以及各个子舆论场的具体运行机制。
General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of important speeches has provided a powerful theoretical weapon and a clear guideline for guiding the innovation of the party’s news media in the new situation. This paper tries to put forward the innovative model of guiding mechanism of news media in the Internet era under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s news thoughts. The model is based on a number of basic dimensions of Xi Jinping’s opinion on news media. The purpose of this model is to create an overall opinion field controlled by the general operation mechanism formed by self-awareness, which can effectively enhance the harmonious and healthy development of media guidance. Within the overall operating mechanism of the public opinion field, the article also explores some principles for the operation of the overall public opinion field and the specific operating mechanism of each sub-public opinion field.
