激发领导班子的内在动力,就是如何进一步调动“一班人”的工作积极性,真正把“一班人”的思想和精力集中到干事业上来。调动班子成员的工作积极性主要是两个方面,一是精神激励,一是利益驱动。当前,在发展社会主义市场经济的条件下,领导班子成员遇到的实际问题比以往多了,价值取向和利益观念的变化,使一些思想问题变的更为现实。因此,正确认识和对待精神激励和利益驱动问题,成为调动“一班人”的积极性、增强领导班子后劲的关键。
The motivation to inspire the leading body is how to further arouse the enthusiasm of the workforce and concentrate on the thinking and energy of the people in the workforce. Mobility team members work enthusiasm is mainly two aspects, one is the spirit of inspiration, one is driven by interest. At present, under the conditions of developing a socialist market economy, the actual problems encountered by members of the leadership team are more numerous than before. The changes in values and interests have made some ideological problems more realistic. Therefore, a correct understanding and treatment of spiritual motivation and interest-driven issues have become the key to mobilizing the enthusiasm of “one group of people” and enhancing the stamina of the leading bodies.
