党的十三届四中全会是我党历史上一次非常重要的会议,全会高度评价了老一辈无产阶级革命家在制止动乱、平息反革命暴乱斗争中发挥的极其重要的作用,高度评价了人民解放军在这场斗争中建立的丰功伟绩,撤销了赵紫阳同志党内外一切职务。这对于稳定全国局势、保证党的十一届三中全会以来的路线、方针、政策的贯彻实施有着极其重要的意义。社会科学研究工作者必须认真地学习和领会四中全会精神。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 13th Central Committee of the Party is a very important meeting in the history of our party. The plenary session highly appraised the extremely important role played by the proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation in stopping the turmoil and quelling the rioting of counterrevolutionary riots and spoke highly of the People's Liberation Army The great achievements established in this struggle have revoked all the positions inside and outside Comrades Zhao Ziyang. This is of tremendous significance for stabilizing the situation across the country and ensuring the implementation of the lines, guidelines and policies since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee. Social science researchers must carefully study and understand the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session.
