各设区市人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会、省直有关部门、省内上市公司及其国有控股股东单位:为了进一步加强省内上市公司(不含中央国有股股东控股的上市公司,以下简称上市公司)国有股权管理,规范国有股股东行为,促进省内上市公司健康发展,根据国家的有关法律、法规和规定,现就国有股权管理有关问题提出如下意见:
