随着我国综合国力在国际上的不断提升,科技创新成为我国重点发展战略方针,作为科研发展的主力军,高校科研项目已得到国家政府与社会的大力支持,随着科研项目规模的扩大与科研经费的增多,国家越来越重视科研经费的财务管理水平和使用效益。为全面落实国家科研政策,建立健全的高校科研经费的管理体系和运行机制,本文简要介绍了高校项目科研经费的含义及分类,针对科研经费项目阐述了财务管理的主要内容,分析了科研经费财务管理制度存在的问题,最后提出了相应的制度完善措施。
With the continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength in the international arena, science and technology innovation has become a key development strategy of our country. As the main force of scientific research and development, university research projects have received strong support from the government and the society.
