论文部分内容阅读
中国航海学会船舶防污染专业委员会“2000’船舶防污染法规研讨会”于2000年8月下旬在北戴河召开。来自全国各地的海事、海军、救捞、渔监、海洋石油、船舶运输、港口、保险、科研、防污设备生产企业等方面的专家、学者近50名代表出席会议并展开热烈的研讨,共商“科学指导船舶防污染管理、创新推进国家法制化进程”的大计,20名代表做大会专题报告。研讨会论文集共收入具有重要学术参考价值的论文20篇,遴选出优秀论文8篇,其中4篇被选送参加2000年中国航海学会优秀论文评选活动。
China Society of Navigation Marine Pollution Prevention Professional Committee “2000 ” Ship Pollution Prevention Law Seminar “was held in Beidaihe in late August 2000. Nearly 50 delegates from experts and scholars in the fields of maritime affairs, naval forces, salvage and fishing supervision, offshore oil and marine transportation, ports, insurance, scientific research and anti-pollution equipment enterprises from all over the country attended the meeting and conducted heated discussions Business plan of ”scientific guidance ship anti-pollution management, innovation and promote national legal process" plan, 20 representatives to do conference report. Proceedings of the symposium included a total of 20 papers with important academic reference value, 8 outstanding papers were selected, of which 4 were selected to participate in the 2000 China Maritime Academy Outstanding Paper Award activities.
