目的研究过碳酰胺的制备工艺及其影响因素,得出最佳生产条件。方法通过重新设计反应物比例和改变反应条件,考察过碳酰胺产品收率及活性氧质量浓度。结果试验结果得到的最佳工艺条件是:过氧化氢与尿素摩尔比为1∶1.1,反应温度35℃,反应时间40 min。在此工艺条件下,得到过碳酰胺产品收率达到63.9%,其活性氧含量为16.5%。结论本研究得出了过碳酰胺的最佳制备方法,新生产工艺过碳酰胺收率高,过碳酰胺含活性氧量符合质量要求。
Objective To study the preparation process of percarboxamide and its influencing factors, and to obtain the optimum production conditions. Methods By redesigning the ratio of reactants and changing the reaction conditions, the yields of percarbamides and the concentration of active oxygen were investigated. Results The optimum process conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to urea was 1: 1.1, the reaction temperature was 35 ℃ and the reaction time was 40 min. Under these conditions, the product yield of percarbamide reached 63.9%, and its active oxygen content was 16.5%. Conclusion The best preparation method of percarbamide was obtained in this study. The yield of percarbamide in the new production process was high, and the content of reactive oxygen species in percarbamide met the quality requirements.
