荞麦属蓼科双子叶植物,是一种适于高寒山区栽培的小杂粮作物。由于荞麦苗富含芦丁,对人体血管有扩张及强化作用,对高血压和心血管病患者有良好的保健功能,因此作为一种新颖芽菜越来越受到人们的喜爱。
Buckwheat Polygonaceae dicotyledonous plants, is a suitable for cold mountain cultivation of small grains crops. Because buckwheat seedling is rich in rutin, it has expansion and strengthening effect on human blood vessel and good health care function for hypertension and cardiovascular disease patients. Therefore, it is more and more popular as a new sprout.
