体验是以经验为基础,对经验的一种升华和超越。它直接将对象融入自己的生命意识之中,将人类经验与活生生的个体生命联系在一起,从社会和个体的需要出发。从个体以往的生活积累和生命感受出发,去领悟和揭示世界的意义和生命的意蕴。由此可见: 体验是一种个性化的知识经验。个体对对象的理解、欣赏必然受到自己出身、经历、情感、气质等影响,而成为个体独特的心理内容,体验的个性特征便得到了充分体现。因此,在少先队体验教育中,辅导员要依据队员的年龄、心理等方面的差异,引导他们自主地、有针对性地开展活动,做到活动因人而异,活动形式灵活多样,不能千篇一律。
