目的 观察正加速度(+Gz)对飞行员血浆中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、内皮素及肾功能部分指标的影响。方法 20名飞行员不穿抗荷服,在载人离心机上以+2.5Gz和+3.0Gz分别作用10s,中间休息5min。暴露前后20min分别两次抽肘静脉血进行化验。结果 +2.5Gz和+3.0Gz暴露后,血浆中降钙基因相关肽,内皮素明显升高(P<0.01),血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP),β_2-微球蛋白(MG),Ca~(2+)与暴露前无区别(P>0.05)。降钙基因相关肽和内皮素相关系数γ=0.772(P<0.01)。结论 +2.5Gz和+3.0Gz能增长血浆中CGRP和内皮素水平,但没有造成临床肾功能损害。
Objective To observe the effects of positive acceleration (+ Gz) on plasma calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP), endothelin and renal function in pilots. Methods Twenty pilots did not wear anti-service uniforms and were treated with + 2.5Gz and + 3.0Gz respectively for 10s on a manned centrifuge for 5 minutes. 20min before and after exposure were twice elbow vein blood test. Results After exposure to +2.5 Gz and +3.0 Gz, the levels of plasma calcitonin gene - related peptide and endothelin were significantly increased (P <0.01). The levels of serum alkaline phosphatase (AKP), β 2 - microglobulin (2+) before exposure was no difference (P> 0.05). The correlation coefficient of calcitonin gene-related peptide and endothelin was 0.772 (P <0.01). Conclusion + 2.5Gz and + 3.0Gz can increase plasma levels of CGRP and endothelin, but did not cause clinical renal impairment.
