孙中山从“二次革命”和“护国战争”以及“护法战争”等长期艰苦实践中不仅对中国政治现实及其国际背景有了更清醒的认识,同时还丰富了革命阅历,积累起具体而鲜活的政治经验。为此,孙中山从西方民主、法制的阴影和幻想中走出,实现了政治思想的第二次重大超越。他认识到,中国在完成“推翻帝制,创立共和”的政治目标之后,历史实践又提出辛亥革命未完成的重大任务就是彻底推翻帝国主义及其走狗———封建军阀的反动统治,建设一个真正独立、民主、富强的新中国。这是把彻底解放斗争置于高度民族自信、自立、自强的基础之上的理性思考。孙中山从民国历史的演变中深刻感悟到:共和国生存及其健康发展,必须彻底清除“旧制度”赖以存活的土壤。历史证明完成这项艰巨而复杂的任务,必须依靠全体国民参加的“国民革命”。孙中山在新的国际国内形势下对原来提出的建立“民族的国家”、“国民的国家”及“社会的国家”的革命战略经过历史的检验,不断提高自己的认识能力,进一步赋予了新的时代内涵,提升了三民主义理论的水平,进而显示强大的政治生命力。

Sun Yat-sen, under the new international and domestic situation, has historically tested the revolutionary strategy originally proposed for establishing a “nation-state,” “a country of the people,” and “a country of the community,” so as to continuously improve his cognitive ability , Further conferring new connotation on the times and elevating the level of the Three People’s Principles and thus showing strong political vitality.
