去年底,中央深改组第三十一次会议审议通过《关于进一步改革完善药品生产流通使用政策的若干意见》。意见指出,要从药品生产、流通、使用全链条提出系统改革措施,提高药品供给质量疗效,确保供应及时,促进药品价格合理,使药品回归治病本源,建设规范有序的药品供应保障制度。十九大报告提出,全面取消以药养医,健全药品供应保障制度。如今,患者能否以合理的价格买到安心药?未来,怎样更好满足看病就医需求?
