比较了大豆属14个种的种子蛋白氨基酸的组成。结果表明:①不同亚属的各种均以谷氨酸含量最高,天门冬氨酸次之,其它氨基酸含量的位次也基本一致。②大豆属中亚属间种子蛋白的氨基酸含量存在明显的差异,Soja亚属各种氨基酸含量最高,Glycine亚属均低,而Wighlii最低。③亚属内种间、以及种内地理来源不同、或染色体基数不同,氨基酸含量也有差异。④Glycine亚属中latrobeana种的种子蛋白的氨基酸含量明显高于其它种。讨论了Glycine属、亚属间氨基酸含量与进化的可能联系,以及Wighlii的归属问题。
The composition of 14 amino acids in seed protein of soybean was compared. The results showed that: (1) The contents of glutamic acid and aspartic acid were the highest in all subgenus, and the contents of other amino acids were the same. There was a significant difference in the amino acid contents of the seeds among the genus Soybean. The subgenus Soja had the highest content of various amino acids, the lowest genus Glycine and the lowest Wighlii. ③ subgenus within species, as well as intraspecific geographical origin, or different chromosome base, amino acid content is also different. ④Glycine genus latrobeana seed protein amino acid content was significantly higher than other species. The Glycine gene was discussed, the possible relationship between the amino acid content of the subgenus and its evolution, and the question of ownership of Wighlii.
