目的探讨芬太尼联合异丙酚与阿托品静脉注射用于人工流产术麻醉的效果。方法将2008年10月-2009年7月期间于我院行人工流产术的120例早孕妇女随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予以芬太尼联合异丙酚与阿托品静脉注射麻醉,对照组仅予以异丙酚静脉注射麻醉。观察比较两组早孕妇女麻醉诱导时间,术前及术中平均动脉压、心率、血氧饱和度。结果治疗组早孕妇女麻醉诱导时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术中平均动脉压、心率、血氧饱和度的下降程度小于对照组,但二者术中平均动脉压、心率、血氧饱和度均在正常范围。结论在人工流产术中,芬太尼联合异丙酚与阿托品静脉注射麻醉效果好于单用异丙酚静脉注射麻醉效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous injection of fentanyl combined with propofol and atropine on induced abortion. Methods A total of 120 pregnant women with abortion in our hospital from October 2008 to July 2009 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given intravenous anesthesia with fentanyl, propofol and atropine, Group only given intravenous propofol anesthesia. The early induction of anesthesia induction, mean arterial pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation in both groups were observed and compared. Results The induction time of anesthesia in early pregnant women in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). The decrease of mean arterial pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation in the treatment group was less than that of the control group Mean arterial pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation in the normal range. Conclusions In artificial abortion, intravenous anesthesia with fentanyl combined with propofol and atropine is more effective than intravenous anesthesia with propofol alone.
