拓跋鲜卑早期的权力继承关系，史学界已有基本看法，似无疑义。然而细究史料，发现在处于社会形态变革中的盛乐时期，拓跋部落酋长权力的真正获得，始终深受其母系社会传统遗留下来的政治承继习惯的影响，而此后北魏王权的逐步形成则正是沿革并克服这一影响的过程。
Tuoba Xianbei early power inheritance relations, historians have basic views, it seems no doubt. However, after studying the historical materials, we found that the real acquisition of chieftain powers of the Tuoba tribes in the Sheng-lok period, which was in the process of social transformation, was always influenced by the political succession inheritance inherited from the traditional matriarchal society.
