电子政务项目在IT项目中面临项目开发周期长、技术含量高、需求变化大等问题,使得此类项目成为IT项目建设中的难点,如何有效地在电子政务项目中进行风险管理,对电子政务项目的成功建设具有重要的保障作用。本文以项目管理风险理论为基础,结合笔者的实际工作经验,分析并总结了电子政务项目常见风险类型。以药品流通追溯体系建设项目为例,探讨了该项目在建设过程中遇到的风险和应对策略。
E-government projects face a lot of problems such as long project development period, high technical content, large demand changes in IT projects, making such projects a difficult task in IT project construction, how to effectively manage risks in e-government projects, The successful construction of the project has an important guarantee. Based on the project management risk theory, combined with the author’s actual work experience, this article analyzes and summarizes the common risk types of e-government projects. Taking the drug circulation and tracing system construction project as an example, the risks and countermeasures encountered during the construction of the project are discussed.
