随着我国教育政策的不断革新和高校规模的不断扩张,原本带有福利性和供给性的高校后勤也进行了社会化改革,带有市场经济色彩的竞争机制被引入,高校后勤存在的一系列问题得以解决。随着社会化改革的深入,高校后勤在实际运行过程中也出现了体制不顺、产权不清以及会计监督职能弱化的问题,完善后勤财务管理制度和健全财务管理监督制约机制势在必行。在此对新时期高校后勤管理的特点和存在的问题进行了认识,并在此基础上探讨新时期高校后勤财务管理的创新思路。
