加快电子政务发展,不仅是提高政府部门行政效率、降低行政成本的内在要求,也是全面推进政府管理进步,建立起行为规范、运转协调、公正透明、廉洁高效的行政管理体制的重要保障。电子政务建设是政府职能从“管制型政府”向“管理服务型政府”转变的关键步骤之一,代表的是适应社会生产力发展的方向。
To speed up the development of e-government is not only an inherent requirement to improve the administrative efficiency of government departments and reduce administrative costs, but also an important guarantee to promote the progress of government administration in an all-round way and establish an administrative system with normative and coordinated operation, fair, transparent, clean and efficient management. E-government construction is one of the key steps in the transformation of government functions from “regulated government” to “management-oriented service government”, and represents the direction of adapting to the development of social productive forces.
