应用光镜组化方法,观察了大鼠附睾各段γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、非特异性酯酶、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-P)的活性及其定位。 γ-GT在附睾Ⅱ段上皮内活性最强,后续各段活性逐渐下降,至第Ⅵ段转为阴性。该酶主要位于附睾管上皮细胞的核上区和静纤毛。 非特异性酯酸在附睾Ⅲ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ段的上皮活性最高Ⅰ、Ⅱ、和Ⅳ段活性最低。该酶在Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ段位于附睾管上皮整个细胞质内,而在Ⅱ 、Ⅳ段位于上皮细胞基底部。 AKP均位于附睾管上皮基底膜及附睾管之间结缔组织的血管壁。此酶活性在各段无显著差异。 G-6-P均匀地分布在附睾上皮细胞质内,各段间无明显差异。 本文对大鼠附睾各段四种酶活性存在差异的意义作了粗浅的讨论。
The expression of γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT), nonspecific esterase, alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and glucose-6-phosphatase (G- 6-P) activity and its localization. γ-GT in the epididyme Ⅱ intradermal strongest activity, follow-up of each activity gradually decreased to the sixth paragraph turned negative. G-6-P evenly distributed in the epididymal epithelial cytoplasm, no significant difference between the various segments.
