疾病预防控制绩效考核工作是促进各级疾病预防控制机构履行职责,提高区域疾病预防控制服务、应对突发公共卫生事件能力的有效措施。根据卫生部疾控局和自治区卫生厅的安排,对2008、2009年吐鲁番地区疾病预防控制工作依照国家制定的绩效考核标准,开展了考核工作。通过开展绩效考核工作规范了疾控机构的工作标准,完善了相关的工作目标和任务,明确了工作职责。通过开展绩效考核自查、复查,吐鲁番地区机构绩效考核工作达到良好。
Disease prevention and control performance appraisal is to promote disease prevention and control institutions at all levels to fulfill their duties, improve regional disease prevention and control services, emergency response to public health emergencies and effective measures. According to the arrangement of the CDC of Ministry of Health and the health department of autonomous region, the examination work was carried out on the disease prevention and control work in Turpan Prefecture in 2008 and 2009 in accordance with the performance appraisal standards set by the state. Through the performance appraisal work standardize the CDC’s work standards, improve the relevant work objectives and tasks, clear job responsibilities. Through self-examination and review of performance appraisal, the performance appraisal of Turpan Prefecture institutions has achieved good results.
