我厂三个轧钢车间的加热炉,原来都是人工烧煤的连续加热炉,劳动强度大,环境差,而且产量低、质量差、煤耗高,很不适应生产的需要。为此,必须研究改进加热炉的操作条件,提高加热炉的装备水平。早在一九七五年八月,我们根据上钢十厂的经验,首先在线材车间加热炉试用风扇式磨煤机,当时由于时间仓促,缺乏经验,(仅在原有炉型上增加三对烧嘴)投产后问题不少,虽然劳动强度有所减轻,但依然存在着煤耗高(甚至超过人工烧煤),污染严重,设备损耗大,出渣困难,电耗增加等缺点。在一九七八年八月利用线材车间加热炉大修的时机,针对以上不足之处,吸取上钢
