基于ABAQUS/Explicit平台建立AZ31镁合金环件径轴向热轧的三维弹塑性热力耦合有限元模型,分析驱动辊直径对成形环件的应变和温度分布不均匀性以及轧制力能参数的影响规律。结果表明:随着驱动辊直径的增加,成形环件的应变和温度分布越来越不均匀;同时径向轧制力稍有增大,轧制力矩逐渐增加;轴向方向轧制力逐渐减小,轧制力矩逐渐减小。
Based on the ABAQUS / Explicit platform, a three-dimensional elastic-plastic thermo-mechanical coupling finite element model of axial hot rolling of AZ31 magnesium alloy rings was established. The influence of driving roller diameter on the inhomogeneity of strain and temperature distribution and the rolling force energy parameters was analyzed law.
