网络和信息安全关系国家安全和社会稳定热度:★★★事件概述:举世关注的中国共产党十八届三中全会2013年11月9日至12日在北京举行。会议决定设立国家安全委员会,加快完善互联网管理领导体制,强调高度重视“网络和信息安全”。各方反应:当今时代,信息安全与网络空间已成为国家安全的重要组成部分,信息安全保障的重要作用日益凸显。我国决定设立国家安全委员会,把网络和信息安全摆在国家安全和社会稳定的突出地位。此决定一出,立即引起国内外强烈反响。
Network and Information Security Relations National Security and Social Stability Heat: ★★★ Event Overview: The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), held on November 9 and 12, 2013, was held in Beijing. The meeting decided to set up a national security committee to speed up the improvement of the leadership system for Internet administration and stressed that “network and information security” should be given high priority.
