Objective To observe the correlation between body composition and blood lipid level of female workers in Suzhou City. Methods From June 2014 to October 2014, 555 female staff members who were simultaneously receiving four tests of lipids and human body composition in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were investigated. Body composition analyzer was used to determine body composition, including BMI, BMR, MM, WHR,% body fat (BF%), visceral fat area (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) Analysis of the correlation between body composition and blood lipids. Results The WHR level of female workers in Suzhou exceeded the normal value. The body weight, BMI, BF, BF%, VFA, WHR, NC and AMC of high TC group and low HDL-C group were significantly higher than those of corresponding normal group Body weight, BMI, BF, BF%, BMR, VFA, WHR, NC and AMC were significantly higher in the high LDL-C group than those in the corresponding normal group; body weight, BMI, BF, BF%, VFA, WHR, There was a positive correlation with TC, TG and LDL-C, but negatively correlated with HDL-C. MM and BMR were positively correlated with TG and negatively correlated with HDL-C. Conclusion The body composition is closely related to the blood lipid level and is predictive. Through the analysis of human body composition, we can indirectly predict the dyslipidemia, provide scientific basis for adjusting diet and reasonable exercise, provide more information for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and prevent and discover nutrition-related diseases as soon as possible.
