“Belt and Road” strategy has been proposed for two years now. From advocacy to publicity and from planning to action, this major strategy has received warm response and active participation from the international community, especially from other countries along the country. Many consensus have been reached and new progress has been made and a new phase of solid progress has been made. In the future, it is a major issue that needs to be studied in order to effectively seize the opportunity, calmly deal with the challenges, and push forward the strategy of “One Belt and One Road ” with greater progress and more consensus and gains.
