南水北调工程建设委员会办公室主任张基尧,1945年生于山东济南。作为30年来我国水利水电建设改革发展的亲历者和推动者,张基尧在中国当代水利史上留下了一串深深的足印。多年以来,他一直奔波在各个施工现场,从事水利水电工程建设技术及组织管理工作。由他亲自组织和指导的南水北调工程建设也取得显著成绩。
Zhang Jiyao, director of the Office of South-North Water Diversion Project Construction Committee, was born in 1945 in Jinan, Shandong. As a witness and promoter of the reform and development of China’s water conservancy and hydropower construction over the past 30 years, Zhang Jiyao left a deep foot print in the history of contemporary water conservancy in China. Over the years, he has been rushing to various construction sites, engaged in water conservancy and hydropower construction technology and organizational management. The construction of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, which was personally organized and directed by him, also made remarkable achievements.
