现阶段,国际和国内两个市场需求一直在引导着我国家禽业的发展方向,更决定了我国禽肉加工的发展方向。国际市场禽肉消费主要以食用冰鲜禽和熟食加工制品为主,国内市场正在以售卖活禽为主,逐步向冰鲜禽和熟食加工制品过渡。有鉴于此,我国禽肉加工的发展唯有尽快与国际接轨,完善禽肉食品的安全体系,延伸禽肉深加工产业链,壮大禽肉加工龙头企业,迎接我国家禽业发展的新高潮。6月28日-30日,全国农产品加工业工作会议在广西南宁召开。会上,农业部副部长刘坚指出,发展农产品加工业是农业进入新阶段的战略性措施,要用科学发展观指导农产品加工推进行动,从制定规划、完善政策、搞好服务和加强领导四个方面切实组织实施好农产品加工推进行动。发展禽肉加工,迎合市场需求,改变消费方式,适逢其时。
