The authors examined the 24-hour urinary estrogen and pregnane diol content of 102 patients with postmenopausal uterine bleeding and compared them to normal menopausal women. The results showed that: 1. Urinary estrogen content has nothing to do with the age, but with weight and endometrial conditions related to endometrial hyperplasia or cancer patients with the highest content.
