2009年年初,最高人民检察院印发了《2009-2010年基层人民检察院建设规划》,提出了“执法规范化、队伍专业化、管理科学化和保障现代化”的基层院建设方向,这是中央领导对我国检察事业的新期望,也是群众对检察工作的新期待,是今后检察机关建设的行动指南。如何理解和贯彻好“四化”方向推动基层检察院建设是需要认真研究的课题。本文结合将就谈基层院应如何以“四化”建设为抓手,推动基层检察院建设谈谈自己的看法。
