各有关单位:为了深入推进科技强警战略,进一步加强公安科技成果推广应用工作,切实为公安机关“三项建设”服务,我局决定组织实施2009年度公安科技成果推广引导计划(简称“引导计划”)。现向国内各社会单位广泛征集非涉密产品、系统类科技成果。有关事项如下:
Relevant units: In order to further promote the strategy of strengthening police in science and technology, further promote the popularization and application of scientific and technological achievements in public security and effectively serve the public security organs “three constructions ”, our bureau decided to organize the implementation of the 2009 Publicized Scientific and Technological Achievements Promotion and Guidance Plan (the “ ”Boot plan").
