目的分析流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)的临床特点,总结治疗及临床护理体会。方法回顾性分析2007—2009年连云港市第一人民医院收治的58例乙脑患儿的流行因素、诊疗过程及护理重点。结果治愈43例,好转12例,死亡3例。结论接种乙脑疫苗、防蚊、灭蚊是预防乙脑发病的有效措施。乙脑发病急,控制高热、惊厥、降低颅内压及减轻免疫损伤是治疗、护理的关键,早期的康复训练是提高患儿生活质量的重要手段。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of Japanese encephalitis (JE) and summarize the experience of treatment and clinical nursing. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2007-2009 Lianyungang First People’s Hospital admitted 58 cases of children with epidemic encephalitis, diagnosis and treatment process and nursing focus. Results cured 43 cases, improved in 12 cases, 3 died. Conclusion Inoculation of JE vaccine, mosquito control and mosquito control are effective measures to prevent the occurrence of Japanese encephalitis. Incidence of JE, control of fever, convulsions, reduce intracranial pressure and reduce immune damage is the key to treatment, early rehabilitation training is an important means to improve children’s quality of life.
