为了研究残余应力对压杆稳定承载力的影响和制订焊接与轧制工形截面柱子曲线的需要,我们对焊接工字钢I16和热轧普通工字钢I18的残余应力进行了试件量测。量测方法主要采用分割法,同时也进行了少量中心盲孔法和X射线法。现将量测结果及对量测数据整理后得出的两种残余应力计算模型予以表述。一、试件的材性与尺寸焊接工字钢I16所用的钢板为A3F(四项保证),由冶金工业部华北燕郊仓库供给,首钢安装公司金属结构车间负责进行火焰切割,用刨边机刨边处理,然后采用自动焊焊接形成,试件共4根,其中长900mm的3根,
In order to study the influence of residual stress on the compressive bearing stability and to formulate the requirements of welding and rolling column profiles, we measured the residual stress of welded I-steel I16 and hot-rolled common I-beam I18. . The measurement method mainly adopts the segmentation method, and at the same time, a small amount of center blind hole method and X-ray method are also performed.
