以团队异质性、外部社会资本以及知识共享氛围作为团队层次变量,将创新绩效作为个体层次变量,考察了外部社会资本的跨层次中介以及知识共享氛围的调节作用。研究结果表明,关系取向异质性不会直接影响成员创新绩效,而任务相关异质性则会促进成员的创新绩效;外部社会资本在异质性与创新绩效之间起了中介作用;知识共享氛围在外部社会资本与成员创新绩效之间起到了跨层次的调节作用。此外,根据研究结果,提出了相关管理启示。
Taking team heterogeneity, external social capital and knowledge sharing atmosphere as team-level variables, innovation performance is taken as an individual-level variable to examine the inter-level mediation of external social capital and the regulatory role of knowledge-sharing atmosphere. The results show that the heterogeneity of relationship orientation will not directly affect member innovation performance, while task-related heterogeneity will promote member innovation performance. External social capital plays an intermediary role in heterogeneity and innovation performance. Knowledge sharing Atmosphere has played a cross-level regulatory role between external social capital and member innovation performance. In addition, based on the results of the study, some relevant management suggestions are put forward.
