花炮眼外伤是一种性质比较特殊的眼外伤.国内常见爆竹性眼外伤报道,大组花炮眼外伤报道较少.兹将1984年1月至1993年12月我院收治的花炮眼外伤263例统计分析如下.一般情况:10年中我院共收治花炮眼外伤263例,占同期眼科住院病例2867例的9.2%,占同期跟外伤827例的 31.8%.年龄1(1/2)～68岁,平均31.3岁,其中以20～30岁组最多,占23.36%.男212例,女51例,男女之比为4.2:1.职业中花炮工人占41.36%、学生占21.31%、学龄前儿童占15.38%、其他职业占21.59%.双眼79例,占30%,单眼184例,共342眼.
