山东省沂南县距青岛港220多公里,从1988年起至1992年,到青岛港打工的沂南县农民已发展到近千人。当时,沂南县劳动和社会保障局在青岛港设立办事处,负责管理农民工,但没有成立党组织。一些农民工自由散漫,时有打架斗殴现象,个别甚至走上违法犯罪道路。1995年,沂南县驻青岛港农民工办事处成立党小组,2004年成立党支部,此后,农民工的管理发生了明显变化。
Yinan County, Shandong Province, is more than 220 kilometers away from Qingdao Port. From 1988 to 1992, farmers in Yinan County, who worked in Qingdao Port, have grown to nearly 1,000 people.
