So far, in eight years, a ranking of the richest people in mainland China has affected China five times. In 2002, the feelings of the rich in China were exceptionally different. At the beginning of this year, Premier Zhu questioned why the rich are not big taxpayers and made the question of tax payment for the rich became the focus. Some of the wealthiest people on the list, such as Nan Cunhui and Yin Mingshan, have all disclosed personal tax payments to the media to show innocence. However, with Liu Xiaoqing in the tax turmoil, the richest men have entered troubled times. The reason is that private entrepreneurs on the Mainland seem to be avoiding and resisting the leaderboards temporarily. In September, a central-level work conference on reemployment in the country was held in Beijing. The high standard was notable. Unemployment was a problem. The issue of laid-off workers once again attracted the attention. At this point, revealing a large amount of personal wealth, either actively or passively, can not help but dazzle the public. As a result, the leaderboards added an ambiguous and contradictory atmosphere in the image of social psychology - a reflection of the conflicts and contradictions in China's social transformation and the distribution of wealth into the Sham Shui Po. However, we have every reason to believe that China will no longer enter the historical cycle of “wealth creation - wealth concentration - destructive redistribution of wealth.” You can see a different understanding of wealth when it comes to interpreting the link between an American-made richest list and the development of private-owned Chinese firms in mainland China. In any case, the open and transparent enjoyment and distribution of wealth should be the direction and ideal of a society. From this perspective, although China's rich do not welcome the rankings at this stage, Hurun's list still has many shortcomings, but it still has an indelible value to China because it provides the whole society with A point of understanding of the state of wealth, and a series of related thinking and controversy pushed open, rather than closed.
