根据自然灾害风险理论,以四川盆地南部23个县(区)为研究区域,以川南地区大春粮食作物为评价对象,建立包括农业干旱灾害危险性、敏感性、脆弱性以及抗旱减灾能力的多因子农业干旱灾害风险评估模型;借助GIS技术绘制川南地区农业干旱灾害风险评价区划图。结果显示,23个县(区)中的翠屏区、南溪县、龙马潭区、江阳区、江安县、自流井区、宜宾县、长宁县、兴文县、纳溪县、合江县、泸县为旱灾高风险区,其余县(区)则为旱灾中低风险区。
According to the theory of natural disaster risk, taking 23 counties (districts) in the southern part of Sichuan Basin as the research area and the Spring Crops in south Sichuan as the evaluation object, this study established multi-hazard assessment system including the risk of agricultural drought disaster, sensitivity, vulnerability and drought disaster reduction capability Factor risk assessment model of agricultural drought disaster; drawing GIS zoning map of risk assessment of agricultural drought disaster in South China. The results showed that in 23 counties (districts), Cuiping District, Nanxi County, Longmaitan District, Jiang Yang District, Jiang’an County, Ziliujing District, Yibin County, Changning County, Xingwen County, Naxi County, Hejiang County , Lu County is a high-risk area for drought and other counties (districts) are low-risk areas for drought.
